I came in to look at a GMC Sierra 1500 Denali, which I have done a lot of research on and had interest in buying. I was lucky enough to meet a young man named Shade Clark when I walked into the dealership, he greeted With a smile and a handshake and asked if he could be of assistance. Fortunately they had a model and color exactly what I wanted on the lot, he proceeded to tell me all of options that were on this model. After going over everything he asked me if I had any questions and if I’d like to take a test drive which I said yes. Shade was patient and very knowledgeable on the truck and answered everything that I asked of him, after a trip back to the dealership with my wife to take her on a test drive and again he explained everything that he did with me to her we purchased the truck and are very happy with it. Gilchrist is very lucky to have a professional and knowledgeable salesman in Shade Clark. More
