I was torn between the Dodge Ram and Chevy Silverado prior to buying my truck new! I knew of the highly potential transmission issues with the Ram but the Hemi engine was a big possible selling point be prior to buying my truck new! I like the options and interior package with the Chevy and the soft sell approach by Trey, the salesman! He found a truck that had only the options I wanted and I paid cash! I bought a 2014 Mustang around 3 months ago and I had an issue with the wipers not working and the heater not blowing, so per the sales person's advice, I took it to the local Ford dealership to get repair issue with the wipers not working and the heater not blowing, so per the sales person's advice, I took it to the local Ford dealership to get repaired. $5000.00 dollars and 2 1/2 months later they are still trying to fix a serious situation in the wiring. I find it hard to believe that the dealership had no knowledge of it and went ahead and sold an unsafe car anyway. More

Horrible, I had the unpleasant experience to deal with GilChrist, the service rep was Chuck. He told me my car was going to be ready Wednesday, then it changed to Thursday, then Friday, then a week later GilChrist, the service rep was Chuck. He told me my car was going to be ready Wednesday, then it changed to Thursday, then Friday, then a week later I still didn’t have my car. When I called and asked to talk to manager Ryan he told me he didn’t have technicians, which I get it but I would rather them being honest with me and telling me it was going to take over almost 2 weeks than keep telling me my car would be ready the next day just to call me and say it was ready. Customer service is horrible, the manager is extremely rude and does not know how to take feedback. I absolutely hated my experience with them. More
