My experience in the past with trying to purchase a vehicle from a car lot was quite tedious. With GM dealership our experience was nothing like that. We didn't feel like prey when we stepped onto the vehicle from a car lot was quite tedious. With GM dealership our experience was nothing like that. We didn't feel like prey when we stepped onto the lot nor did we feel pressured. Chloe Wongwui went out of her way to make things happen for us. We loved how she always kept us in the loop whole we waited for financing. Chloe and the staff there are very knowledgeable, patient, and amazing. Each staff greeted us with a smile every time we walked through the doors. Love it. More

I will never go back to this dealer! ! Went in for a factory recall that should have only taken a day, it took 4 days! They said it needed a linkage to the tune of $500.00 for the parking ! Went in for a factory recall that should have only taken a day, it took 4 days! They said it needed a linkage to the tune of $500.00 for the parking brake and they ordered the wrong part so couldn’t finish the repair. I had to use my truck so I picked it up ordered the part on Amazon for $7.75 and installed it in 15 minutes. They wanted 2 hours labor and $75.00 for the part!! They also didn’t finish the repair the parking brake still doesn’t work!! I called the service manager who was rude and abrupt said he was going to call back, which never happened. This dealer is the worst!!! More
