I took my car in after repairs failed at another dealership only to have my car not fixed properly and had to take it back. After getting my car back my engine cover was missing. When I called and asked about it I told him the color and what it said on it, the guy on the phone said that's impossible Chevy doesn't make it that color, then asked me what color my car was and then said he would check. Then they denied losing it and said they would get back to me about it the next. It's been 2 weeks and I haven't heard anything. More
