We brought our car in for an oil change and to get a new key fob if our current one wouldn't work with a new battery. When we arrived to pick up the car we were given the total due and when asked for a brea key fob if our current one wouldn't work with a new battery. When we arrived to pick up the car we were given the total due and when asked for a breakdown were told that a new battery was tried in the old fob but it wouldn't work so a new one was programmed. We questioned why we were being charged for a battery that we weren't given and after some discussion with Mason it was agreed that the battery charge would be removed. There was no discussion about any notes on the paperwork we were given which indicated a recommendation for a transmission fluid service, brake fluid flush and also the possibility of an oil leak. There was also a note that the old key fob was reprogrammed and was working normally but that was likely only temporary. This contradicted what were told as to why a new key fob was needed. Also, we shared that we had a second key fob at home and no one said anything about the possibility that the fob would no longer work. Unfortunately, it isn't working so now we will have to bring the car back to have that fob reprogrammed. Hopefully there won't be an additional charge for that. Very disappointed in how things were handled and if we didn't get free oil changes for our car we would be taking it elsewhere for service. More

The crew working in Customer service at the service desk leave a lot to be desired. There should always be an acknowledgment of someone who is waiting in line. To have someone standing from 5 to 10 minutes leave a lot to be desired. There should always be an acknowledgment of someone who is waiting in line. To have someone standing from 5 to 10 minutes without even a, “sorry I’ll be right with you “ should not happen. I haven’t seen a change in the nine years. I have been bringing my car in for service. If it wasn’t a free service, I probably would not go here. More
