They were accommodating to get me in after someone tried to steal my Yukon. However the service writer didn’t communicate anything with me except more expenses and three extra things to fix my vehicle. My to steal my Yukon. They did the repair and didn’t tell me I wouldn’t have a shroud on my steering column leaving it exposed and the appearance of it being easy to steal. They also left springs screws zip ties all on my floor as if they didn’t even attempt to clean up their mess. I presented this to Susie my service writer. She informed me that they don’t have vacuums in their shop. There is also a couple black stains on my leather seats after the service. I’ve never taken a vehicle to a dealership for service and not had paper floor mats put in and covers for the seats while service was being performed. I’m appalled by the lack of effort by the entire service team. The only good thing was the ladies that took my payment were very friendly More
