This dealership over promises and under delivers. They promise and promise they will take care of everything you need. Instead they lie and treat their customers like crap. We wish we would have never bought our truck from this dealership. Amanda in finance is fantastic, John in service is great as well, Richy our salesman was also nice to work with. The rest of the employees are rude, condescending, and disrespectful. We were promised we would be taken care of and that all our needs would be met. None of our needs have been met. We kept trying to work with everyone. At this point we just keep being disappointed. If this is how they treat someone who buys a brand new truck I can only imagine how they treat other customers! More
This dealership always gets me in quickly, is friendly on the phone and in person, and I feel like they are honest and upfront about the work that will be done. We’ve bought all of our trucks from Gilchrist the phone and in person, and I feel like they are honest and upfront about the work that will be done. We’ve bought all of our trucks from Gilchrist in Tacoma, and love that there is a branch in Port Orchard to make servicing them more convenient. On my last visit I spoke to Hailey on the phone, Joe (parts) on the phone, and was helped by John in person, and all were great to work with. The guy in the back who actually fixed the problem in less time (and for less money) than anticipated deserves a shout out too! Thank you! More

The old farm truck continues to hum right along. However, the blinkers weren't working. John helped get "Jake" in for a quick diagnosis. They were able to root-cause the issue. An after-market trailer connection had been installed upside down, sometime in Jake's life. The Gilchrist team was excellent communicating the issue and the path forward. We continue to appreciate the service we receive from the Gilcrest Team. Thank you for helping us get Jake back on the road. Friendly reminder, we (or I rather) often forget about the "luxuries" of new cars. We are able to drive them absent minded for the most part. Everything is "automatic." Well, as it turns out, the old truck lights don't automatically turn off. I made a stop on the way home, forgot to turn off the lights, and was afforded the opportunity to re-learn how to jump-start a truck. A quick call to my lifeline, and it was wifey to the rescue, once again. It's always an adventure with Jake. More
