Scheduled a 100,000-mile service for my 2500HD. Was told it should take about 6 hours to complete. I arrived at my scheduled time of 9a.m. It was at this time I was told they would require my truck Was told it should take about 6 hours to complete. I arrived at my scheduled time of 9a.m. It was at this time I was told they would require my truck to be there until the next day, I received a phone call at 9a.m. the next day and was told my truck would not be ready until the end of the day. I was not happy. The service tech called me at noon and told my truck was ready, I paid over $1,000 for this service. All I ask is to be honest and let me know up front you are overbooked or shorthanded, whatever your excuse, just let me know upfront. This was a scheduled service that I have had completed at other dealers, it has always taken less than 7 hours to complete. More

Decent service department. I’ve had a few problems with them, but no issues with the work performed.
