Sue and the service crew are outstanding. So polite, accommodating and FAST, so fast! With as many times as I’ve had to visit their service department since my car in ‘22, it would appear that GM handed me a lemon… Sue is always SO gracious on the phone and at the desk, I don’t live very close and Caleb is always cheerfully down to drop me off while the car’s getting tweaked and pick me up when it’s all done! Nobody wants to have their brand new car in and outta the shop all the time but if ya gotta, these are the folks to come to! More

I typically hate the car buying process but Nolan made it a comfortable and smooth process. Everyone was friendly and most importantly it didn't have the pushy salesman feel.
