Service advisors are friendly and patient. They got my car in twice with short notice in a week. Technicians provided quality troubleshooting and repair even though it was a warranty issue. The service was absolutely fantastic, felt comfortable through the entire process. Only thing I was a bit dissapointed with was that the key fob did not work for the car purchased. I had to leave my oth through the entire process. Only thing I was a bit dissapointed with was that the key fob did not work for the car purchased. I had to leave my other car there for a week so I could take new car home with me, as I did not have a second driver with me at time of purchase. Fob was out on my car as well, so I asked if they could program it and I would take care of the newer car's fob. Was told when I came to pick old one up that they could not do it, that it had to be done at a dealership. It is a GM dealership, and both cars were GM...so...? Minor annoyance, but can be expensive, so overall still giving a 4. Would reccomend Nolan to anybody who needs a car. More
