Fantastic dealership and sales staff. They actually listened to what I wanted and sold me a great 2013 Chrysler 300 with exactly the options I wanted. Brought Van in because of noise, they stated it was rack and pinion, brakes, paid price plus 2 days rental. Got van back noise still there. Took backthey had 6 hours stated that they heard the noise but cou and pinion, brakes, paid price plus 2 days rental. Got van back noise still there. Mike always calls it the way it is, outlining the diagnosed issues, what it will take to resolve them, and he has always been spot on with timing and estimated costs. This is very rare these days. Honesty and customer dedication reaps the reward of devoted returning customers. Mike is this magnet. I live in El Portal, CA., just outside Yosemite Nat'l Pk, with a 1 Hour 50 minute 90 mile drive ONE WAY. I will never take my car anywhere else for service, as long as Mike is there. He is the main reason so many faithful customers continue to return. I have talked to other customers while waiting and they all say the same thing. THANK YOU MIKE for taking such good care of me, and others. I will be back. More
