Brought Van in because of noise, they stated it was rack and pinion, brakes, paid price plus 2 days rental. Got van back noise still there. Honesty and customer dedication reaps the reward of devoted returning customers. Mike is this magnet. I live in El Portal, CA., just outside Yosemite Nat'l Pk, with a 1 Hour 50 minute 90 mile drive ONE WAY. I will never take my car anywhere else for service, as long as Mike is there.
