Hopefully, they will come in and see him. During the financing process, we were introduced to Shane Adams. He was very friendly and helped us with the financing process. He kept us relaxed and laughing during the signing of the paperwork. We want to thank also the porter who cleaned and got this car shining and ready to go. Everyone seems to forget the gentlemen that get the new car ready to go. Thank you again for all of the help from everyone at Gillespie Ford. Happy such good people are so close by! Yesterday, I had to stop in for a squeaking noise which appeared after another dealership did some work to my car. Even though they were trying to Yesterday, I had to stop in for a squeaking noise which appeared after another dealership did some work to my car. Even though they were trying to address someone else's work and even though I didn't buy the car there and EVEN THOUGH my first visit was for something petty, Aaron in service made me feel like I was the only person in his world. When I came in, I said that I had an hour, but I was prepared to leave the car if it would take longer and they were able to shuttle me to work in Gurnee. Aaron said that wouldn't be an issue and to let him know if my time was getting close. After about 50 minutes, I figured I had better get moving, so I went back out to the service drive to ask for a shuttle ride. Aaron went in back to get a porter and returned to tell me my car was in the wash and would be up shortly! So, not only did they treat me well, get me in and out quickly, and give my car a wash & vacuum, they also managed to fix the issue (LOL)! I'm grateful to Aaron and the team there - I drive past another Ford dealership on my way to work and have a working relationship with the service department at a third, further south. However, Gillespie Ford has certainly earned my business for any warranty, maintenance, or service needs! More
