What should have been a straightforward fix turned into an absolute nightmare. My vehicle sat in their shop for over 30 days while the service department fumbled around trying to figure it out. The worst part? Not once did anyone from the service department call me with an update. Every time I wanted to know what was happening, I had to reach out myself. The lack of communication was beyond frustrating. On top of that, there was no apology, no compensation, and no accountability for the massive inconvenience they caused. This is by far the worst service experience I’ve ever had with any dealership. If you value your time, your car, or even basic customer service, avoid this maintenance department at all costs. More

We were trying to trade a new vehicle with under 5k miles and their offer was below the "fair" condition (about a 8k dollar difference). I had an 8:30 service appointment which should have taken 1-2 hours. I arrived at 8:20 am and there was only one other customer there working with another service person. I was a wait person and unfortunately, I was there for 4 hours for a general service which should have been only an hour or two max. It's clear that staffing has been decreased, definitely not as it was on my 16 past visits. I even asked if they had technicians out ill because the service was taking such a long time. I miss the management under José Lopez Jr. After an hour we decided to use the curiosity service to Sandi's restaurant, thinking, enjoy a hot breakfast and our vehicle will be ready upon our return. No such luck, it was another 2 hours wait upon our return. Over 4 hours for an oil change, tire rotation and recalibrate my tire sensors? Very poor slow service. The service staff is absolutely helpful, friendly and wonderful. This is why I keep coming back, besides loyalty to the dealership where I purchased my Tahoe. More

Additionally, I asked them to check the rear door of my vehicle, as it sometimes doesn't open or service, which was estimated to take up to 4 hours. However, instead of receiving the 30000-mile service, they only performed a regular service which included an oil change and tire rotation. I'm left wondering what happened to the transmission fluid and lubricant change, as well as the inspection of the rear door. Moreover, it took them four hours just for a regular oil service, which seems excessive. Considering that the purpose of conducting a survey is to enhance customer service, I'm not sure if this experience reflects any improvement in your service. More
