The dealership bent over backward to take our money, and the vehicle was very nice for the price. But the follow up was abyssimal. I was given, what I now know was a sales pitch,even after I repeatedly said making the payment for the scheduled time was going to be a hardship, I was to return in 6 months to have my car payment lowered or I repeatedly said making the payment for the scheduled time was going to be a hardship, I was to return in 6 months to have my car payment lowered or trade vehicle in for one that would have a lower payment. I was told it would not be a problem, more cars would be available. 7 months later, first I get told by Mr. Brown, "I was not working here at that time", I also was told "the person who offered me the deal is not an employee at this location", and then finally I get informed by Al after he speaks to Mike Collins the General Manager, "there is nothing that can be done, if I do not want to keep the vehicle you must go to another dealership". It doesn't matter how nice they are, they said what they did to get a car off their lot. More

I came in Friday for my first service on my new Ford Focus. Jennifer was very helpful. When I returned home I noticed that the service department had forgotten to rotate my tires. From day one when I made the first phone call to the dealership. I spoke with Miguel. He the information needed from me. I told him about the vehicle that I was interested in. I was nervous. And he told me that everything went well. I went to the dealership, and they had the vehicle waiting. And the papers ready for me to sign. And that was it. Fast, Quick, and Friendly.
