Took my 2013 sl altima in for its 7500 mile service with a small list of concerns. Rich Girard was very attentive and positve to my concerns . I Went in for my scheduled maintenance and had my car worked on and was out in an hour, They vacuumed my car and washed it and made it look really sharp. I went to this dealership to look at a used vehicle that I ultimately was not interested in once I took it for a test drive. I had no intentions of driving away in the car I ultimately purchased since it wasn't even on my radar of cars I might consider. it was a perfect match with the perfect price. I called service to explain an issue I was having with my vehicle, spoke to Peter he was very friendly and made time for me to come in right away. When I arrived he was avilable to speak to me right away and vehicle, spoke to Peter he was very friendly and made time for me to come in right away. When I arrived he was avilable to speak to me right away and took me over to parts, waited with me to verify they had the parts my vehicle may need. He was then able to schedule an appt for me around my work schedule. I arrived the day of appt to drop my car off. Peter was there waiting and since their shuddle wasnt there he took the time to drop me off at my job and then pick me up when my car was finshed. I will definitly be back at this dealership for future service! My car is running great and Peter has even followed up with me via phone to confirm I havent had any issues. I will def recommend friends an family to this dealership for service! More

This visit was over all a great visit. I had to wait for my car to get an oil change and tire rotation.
