I called to get a quote on a vehicle and Kerry called saying he could beat our best quote if we came in within the hour. When I arrived he offered $600 more than our best offer saying the other dealersh saying he could beat our best quote if we came in within the hour. When I arrived he offered $600 more than our best offer saying the other dealership was going to get us in hidden fees, etc. After buying our car at the Dartmouth Toyota (which was excellent) Kerry emailed us to find out if we bought our car. He must have been annoyed that he lost out on the sale because he repeatedly emailed me snotty notes trying to prove that I really didn't save any money and wasted my time. I have never experienced such unprofessional service. First he lied and then harasses with pointless rude emails. I would never go to Girard Toyota for any service now and highly recommend that others go elsewhere. More

I just purchased a 2011 Toyota Tundra from Girard Toyota/Scion on Coleman St. In New London, CT. My salesman was Audrin, his floor manager was Christian. First the dealership is crisp, clean and modern, there are plenty of vehicles on the lot and no shortage of professional salesmen to help. I really liked my salesmen Audrin and recommend him to anyone, Audrin is a real straigh shooter, he knows his job, does it well and is a real professional. The same can be said for the floor manager Christian. I feel that I got a very good price and once we agreed on it the truck was ready to roll an hour later. They cleaned it , filled it with gas, all the paperwork done, insurance, in-house registration, everything. Audrin walked me right over to the service dept and made my first service appointment wich are included in the warranty for two years. A quick handshake and congratulations and I was on my way. Real nice experience. The Tundra is a great truck, everything well thought out and functional, plenty of power and room. I am very happy with it. I have alot of respect for people who do their job well and Girard Toyota/Scion does that and more. I recommend them to people beacuse I feel good work and fair prices should be rewarded. There are alot of clowns selling cars out there these days but Girard Toyota/Scion is a top notch organization. Thank you Girard. More

I had a oil change, tires rotated and brakes checked. Service was great along with the cost since I caught a brake having the tires rotated at the same time as the oil change. I personally like the WiFi area and the fact you can drive right into the garage area when dropping off vehicle. I have been in for service twice in the last 6 months and was extremely impressed with your advisors that greet you when you first drive into the garage. I had Hillary this time and last visit Ron both outstandingly polite and Knowledgeable. Thank you for making a not so pleasant task a little more enjoyable. More

This was the second vehicle we purchased from Girard. Last year, we purchased a 2011 Sienna and this year a 2012 Highlander. Both deals we got, price wise, were exceptional. This year, purchasing the Highlander (made in the U.S.), we had to wait a month for delivery. The car came in on the day promised and because it took 4-weeks from the time we put down a deposit, the dealer gave us navagation at no charge. We had the same sales guy, Kevin, both last year and this year. We also had the same finance guy, Mark. As we have 5 & 3 year-old boys, they got us in/out very quickly and Kevin took one of my boys around the car lot while the other slept, giving us time to concentrate on the car and the numbers. We will buy our next family car (next year we will trade in the Highlander)from Girard Toyota or one of the other dealerships they own. More
