My experience started with internet correspondence with Matthew Burke. Matthew was prompt to contact me to set up an appointment after I filled out the form on their website. When we arrived at the dealership we met with Matthew, who introduced us to our salesman, Steve Horn, as well as offered my mother and I refreshments which I thought was a nice touch. Working with Steve was a pleasure. He was thorough in explaining what to expect from the trade-in process. He also did a great job of explaining the features of the 2015 Impreza that I ended up purchasing. The only negative thing I have to say is that he got a bit defensive when I asked how they arrived at their offer on my trade in. However, he quickly realized his tone had gone less than pleasant and back-pedaled. Overall, Steve was awesome to work with and I would happily recommend him to others. He even stuck around until all my paperwork had been filled out even though we weren't done until nearly an hour and a half after the dealership had closed. Dana worked magic with getting me the best financing possible, so I had to give him a shout out in this review as well. We did our paperwork with Todd, who was also a pleasure. He kept the process simple and clear, and even joked around with my mom and I to keep things from becoming monotonous. We traveled 2.5 hours for this dealership and I would happily do it again, because doing business with them was a pleasure. They were awesome about being aware of how far we had traveled and despite the fact that they traditionally schedule appointments to do paperwork a few days after the customer decides to buy the car, they made an exception for us and stayed over an hour and a half after closing to complete our paperwork the same day and prevent us from having to make the trip a second time. I would happily recommend this dealership to others and will most likely return when it's time for another Subaru. More

Wonderful customer service I heard a whistle coming from my front passenger window. My husband called for a service appointment and easily set that up. They offer him a loaner I heard a whistle coming from my front passenger window. My husband called for a service appointment and easily set that up. They offer him a loaner car for the day without him even asking. When it came time to drop off my car, Eric W., the service rep, was expecting me. My paperwork was there and the loaner was ready for me to take. Eric called and explained that they were unable to fix the problem today and a part had to be order. Two days later, I got a call, the part is in and I just need to come back to get it fixed. Thanks for the great service Eric. I bought a used Outback from Dana and I just love it! I had previously worked out details for pricing and models with Matt Burke via email; Matt was super helpful, and didn't call me repeatedly (like other dealers were doing), or pressure me into coming in. Instead, he gave me the info I needed, quickly and easily, all over email. The lack of pressure prompted me to want to come in on my own to test-drive, so once we worked out pricing, I scheduled time to come in. Philip Heinz took us on the test drive, and was super knowledgeable and helpful, and the experience was completely free of hassle. There was no pressure, and I could tell it mattered to him that we got the car that we needed. He didn't make us feel rushed, even though it was a very busy day for the dealership. I'm very pleased with my experience so far and am looking forward to getting my Crosstrek! More
