It's the people at Glanzmann I recently bought three certified off-lease, low-mile vehicles from Glanzmann Subaru all within a two-month period! This was certainly not something my wife and I set out to do. I’ll spare you all of the twists and turns of the story - but in short, there was a drive train problem with the first vehicle and I was involved in an accident with the second vehicle that totaled the car (we’re fine). All I can say is that Glanzmann Subaru, and Dana Goodman in particular, responded to each of these situations as though I was a member of his own family. He listened carefully and presented options that were real solutions to what was a difficult situation for us. His chief concern was that I know that Glanzmann Subaru would make things right and that I be fully satisfied with the final outcome. He and others at Glanzmann delivered on that 100%. I also want to single out Sean Wallace who guided us through the purchase of the vehicles – do yourself a favor and start with Sean when you’re looking for a new car! These two gentlemen are the best, as is Angad Channey who straightened out a service issue that was important to us.. Bottom line: things don’t always go according to plan – that’s when I realized how glad I was I chose Glanzmann Subaru. More

Recall and more My Impreza was part of the brake light recall and needed to come in to the shop. Setting up the appointment online was very easy and included a loaner car which was super helpful. I worked with Eric Wilson who helped me add a few more things to the list including inspection and buffing of some scratches. He was very thorough with everything, went above and beyond. For example, he printed me an updated copy of my insurance card to replace the one I had which was expired (whoops!). He also took the time to show me the buffing work, he was worried I would be disappointed because some of the scratches were too deep. I wasn't disappointed at all and felt it looked 10 times better. He was also super chill about my failure to add some gas to loaner (my bad, sorry about that!!). Grateful for another awesome experience with the Glanzmann service department. More
My meeting with the Concierge Erick was just another example of the excellent customer service at Glanzmann.
