Sam Simkins, Ian Price went out of their way to assist me, called my dealership to make sure they ordered the right tire, put on my tire, made sure I was safe and on my way! I cannot tell you how they turned a horrible situation into nothing to worry about. The friendliest place I have ever entered. If I need a new car, Subaru from them is for me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! These two men should only have the best luck. You are so lucky to have them at your dealership, GIVE THEM A RAISE!!! Great experience I am really happy with the way Ken went out of his way to help me find a 2018 Subaru Forester. Because it was the middle of October, there weren’t ma I am really happy with the way Ken went out of his way to help me find a 2018 Subaru Forester. Because it was the middle of October, there weren’t many available and it looked like it wasn’t going to work out. However, when a 2018 came in , which had been out as a loan( I think,) he called me immediately and I was able to get the car I wanted. His pleasant manner and low key approach puts you at ease from the start, and makes the whole experience pleasant. I highly recommend him and the dealership. More

When it came time to pick up the vehicle, he went over the allotted hour time slot to explain all the features of the car in great detail to make sure I knew exactly how to operate it, particularly the EyeSight system of safety features.
