Excellent Overall Service As promised, I was waited on very quickly by Eric Wilson. I relayed what needed to be done and all my concerns and Eric took the time to record everyt As promised, I was waited on very quickly by Eric Wilson. I relayed what needed to be done and all my concerns and Eric took the time to record everything and assured me it would be taken care of. I was also provided with a free loaner for the day. I brought my 2013 Tribeca in for a 60,000 mile service, oil change and possible alignment. Eric quoted me a price which was very fair. I contacted the other Subaru dealers in the Delaware Valley who quoted me up to $ 200 more for the same services. Upon arriving to pickup my vehicle, I was surprised to learn that my vehicle didn't need an alignment and that all other services were performed. I've been to other dealers of other makes and was shocked that most times those vehicle needed other work which I was unaware of. I thank you for your professionalism, time, expedience, updates and honesty. I will certainly recommend your dealership, the service department and especially Eric Wilson for a truly fantastic experience. Keep up the great work. More
