We didn’t plan on getting a new outback, ours was currently in for an oil change and we decided to go to the showroom floor. Glassman was the most responsive and most helpful dealership we interacted with over a two month period. They checked in with us often after the initial inquiry that we sent from the website which pr dealership we interacted with over a two month period. We left with a great deal and everyone we interacted with was professional and kind. We looked at a Kia Sorento but ended up with a Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV. Excellent service all around. More
