I would like to let everyone know about my experience with Glassman auto group. I bought a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica from them on June 4th of 2025. I tested the air conditioning during the test drive and it with Glassman auto group. I bought a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica from them on June 4th of 2025. I tested the air conditioning during the test drive and it appeared to work. After getting home, we discovered that the air did in fact not work. We also found out that there is oil seepage from the engine and the cabin air filter was clogged and dirty. I called the used car Manager within 5 days of buying the car and less than 100 miles since purchase and was told, sorry you bought it. He pointed out to me that I was offered a warranty (Powertrain) which would not have covered the a/c not working. Do NOT buy from Glassman, they do not properly check their cars before putting them up for sale. More
