The young man (can't recall his name) who greeted me upon pulling in for service made sure there was nothing in the car I needed during service. He also informed me that my scarf was dragging the ground, so that I wouldn't trip. Cody escorted me to the service area pointing out to watch my step. He informed me of an item that needed attention although not included in my service request. He even went above and beyond in frigid cold temperatures, after my vehicle was serviced and moved outdoors, to show me how to remove the bar in the cargo area to provide more space. Job well done to this awesome team...Thank you! More
