Very bad communicating. It started that they told me they had a car in stock that I wanted. So, I drove the hour and 1/2 to their dealership. After spending over an hour at their dealership, I was informed that they had sold the car 6 months prior and didn't have the vehicle. Then they wrote up an order for another vehicle (2026) and took a deposit. After another hour plus went by they told me the 0% financing they wrote up on the vehicle didn't apply. They then were going to trade with another dealership to get the vehicle (2025) I wanted. After a few days I didn't get any communication back so I reached out and they told me the vehicle was going to be picked up the next day. Three days later the vehicle was finally delivered, minus the matts they promised me and missing a end cap on the luggage rack. The person delivering the vechile knew nothing about the vehicle features and couldn't help with any of the setup of those features. The wrote up an IOU for the matts and told me they were ordered. A week later still no matts and no communication from the salesperson. So I called the sales Manager Bill Marx (sp). He promised to get back to us within 3 hours with an update. After 3 days of not hearing back from him, we reached out to him again. He said the matts were delivered to the dealership and we needed to come and get them. Meanwhile a day or two later I received a text (she never would call) from our salesperson that the matts were going to be sent to our home so we didn't have to drive the hour and 1/2 to their dealership. 9 days later no matts, so I called the sales manager again, He promised to get back with me with answers within two hours. He even said he would meet me half way with the matts and caps for my luggage rack over the weekend. 3 days later still no call back. Very bad customer service. I would never buy another vehicle from this dealership and will let everyone (including all social media platforms) know my experience with their staff. Very poor customer relations and communications. This is my 2nd Hyundai vehicle purchase and the 1st one was great from another dealership. This one has been a very bad experience. More

The dealership itself is clean, comfortable, and well-organized, which added to the positive experience. Driving away in our new Subaru Solterra, we felt not only excited about the vehicle but also grateful for how well we were treated throughout the process.
