About a month ago, I brought my car in for a software upgrade on the navigation system and then 2 weeks later it had its first service. In both instances I met with Joe Tiso, clearly one of the classiest service individuals I have ever met. He was courteous, professional, and polite and made me feel like I was a very important customer. I was offered a loaner car but I opted to wait for the service and spent my time "schmoozing" with Anthony and Boris. I told Anthony that my wife's Mountaineer was nearing the end of the lease and he told me that when the time was right I should see him about a new SUV, guaranteeing me the same great deal I got on my new convertible. On Saturday, may 23, I stopped into the showroom just to look at SUV options, not really intending to buy right away. I looked at several models, took 2 test drives and by the end of the day Anthony had my signature on the dotted line for a loaded 2009XC90. As usual, Aja Dewling handled the financing making that part of the transaction both effortless and seamless. I have now been a Hassel Volvo of Huntington customer for 4 months and look forward a long a very satisfying relationship. Today I needed to have the headlight changed. I went on my lunch hour and I was in and out in less that 20 minutes. It was great. Dropped my car off for an oilchange, and the low coolant light had just come on that morning. I checked and saw that the overflow resivour was about an inch low. I thought they would just add an inch of antifreze, change my oil and let me go. Joe called to tell me that they had discovered a hairline crack in the radiator seam and they would have to replace the radiator. They didn't have one in stock and would have to order it, and would have to keep the car overnight. He them called me a few hours later to tell me that they had a rediator at their other volvo dealership in GlenCove and they had it sent over to them and had replaced the radiator in my car and that it was all ready and I could pick it up. It's at least a half hour between dealership's and they went out of their way to get my car fixed asap. Great Job! More

I did so that same day and was treated with great care and service. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Stephon is quite an asset to your organization. More
