And Johnny Cruz walked us efficiently through all steps of selecting a new car with features that we need, preparing all the paperwork, even contacting our insurance to add the new car to the policy. Stream lined and easy in and out. Service was good as usual. Paperwork etc all easy to deal with. Two things.... My rear windshield wiper is torn and wasn't replaced. The courtesy wash of the outside of the car is a very cool service but they have to dry the car better. My car had water spots all over it. I realize it's a quick cleaning but if they are going to do it they should do it right. Overall you guys have a great service dept. Kudos!! More
