Best dealership experience ever!! I've leased for second time from them. John Kraiza was our sales rep and he is really great at what he's doing. He got me the best deal within 15-20 minutes.. I think transparency is key to their success.. Worst experience I have ever had. Do not buy here. Worst experience I have ever had with a dealer. Sold me a "certified pre-owned" vehicle that obviously wasn’t checked over. The spare tire was crack Worst experience I have ever had with a dealer. Sold me a "certified pre-owned" vehicle that obviously wasn’t checked over. The spare tire was cracked, flat and useless Floor mats were not included Left me with an empty tank of gas. Lug nuts missing Valve plugs missing Front brakes were worn and I had to drive 2 hours back to the dealer and have them fixed. Didn't return 5 phone calls after purchase Horribly unprofessional with phone manner, customer service, and clerical. Took NO responsibility for any of their mistakes. More

Disgusted with Glen Toyota and Mike Finn Walked out with a lease contract for a 2017 Toyota Hilander. 1week and days later Glen Toyota broke my contract because Toyota Financial didnt approve Walked out with a lease contract for a 2017 Toyota Hilander. 1week and days later Glen Toyota broke my contract because Toyota Financial didnt approve my lease they claim! Toyota Financial has no record of my name. What kind of dealer is Glen Toyota? Dwayne a unreliable sales rep processed my paper and said he was able to put me in a tier 2 after my sister co-signing for me. Michael Finn worlds worst Finance Director at Glen Toyota was the guy who processed all financial paperwork. I left Glenn Toyota thinking all my paperwork was good as they said and congratulated me for my new lease. To later find out that they want the vehicle back claiming Toyota financial does not want to approve my lease 9 days later. I gave too soon and took it back in only because they would not stop harrassing me calling me several times a day. I am truely disgusted at Glen Toyota for all this mess. I gave up my other vehicle and now I have nothing using Uber. Will never do business again with this unprofessional dealer. I should known not to trust them, i had been waiting over 4 hours just to complete paper work because Michael Finn was on the phone trying get his wifes car back that he sold to a customer. He mention he sent a tow truck for the vehicle to be picked. He was so desperate to get that car back. Why did he sell his wifes car and then try to get it back. Why would he have several customers hearing all his converstion out loud. He was the rudest ever and then rushes us out and then look we get screwed big time. My sister has a lease with Glenn Toyota as soon as her lease is up she will never do business with them again as well! People dont get fooled like I did! More

Very rude and errogant Used Certified Dealer Manager I just recently went Glen Toyota on Maple street there to shop used certified vehicle. Marcus salesman helped me to find the car and gave spec .. and I just recently went Glen Toyota on Maple street there to shop used certified vehicle. Marcus salesman helped me to find the car and gave spec .. and I did not have a test drive just look and fill. When I saw interest floor manager come and forced or mobbed me to buy a car taking my Ccard and sing on paper When I refuse to sign before test Drive he said "Get out now" .. very insane person. DONT GO HERE..VERY RUDE .. they are just mobbing and forcing people to buy it. More

The people are very customer oriented and transparent about what they are doing for you and how they The new service center is the nicest I have seen. The people are very customer oriented and transparent about what they are doing for you and how they are fixing the car. At the end when they have finished they show you the car and what they did. It was a pleasure to take my car to them and to end the experience they gave the car a wash and vacuumed the inside. Excellent, I would definitely recommend them to a friend for the service they deliver and the way they deliver it. They care about the car, the service they deliver and the client experience. More

My New Car From start to finish everything was excellent. I went in thinking I could only afford a used car and came out with a brand new 2016 Corolla LE. No hassle, painless experience I do a lot of my own research, it is important as a young single female to be well informed. Going in, I was pretty sure I knew what I wanted. I went I do a lot of my own research, it is important as a young single female to be well informed. Going in, I was pretty sure I knew what I wanted. I went in, test drove the car, agreed on a price, signed papers with finance and was taught how to use the technology on the car all within about 2 and a half hours. The whole process was smooth, streamlined and painless. Every part of the process was pleasant, sales person knew the answers to all of my questions, was very polite, and test drove on both highway and side streets to see handling of car. He also did not pressure me in any way. The finance person was knowledgeable and the paper work was minimal and very fast. The product service representative was very tech savvy, and also again very knowledgeable about the car (as he should be). I was offered coffee/water repeatedly throughout my time there. It is reassuring to know that there are still places that treat you the way you want to be treated, especially in the car business. Well done, Glen Toyota. More
