After extensive research on the Rav 4, I went it to inquire about a lease. I informed the salesman I had done extensive research and I wanted to know what price above invoice he could offer me. After talking to a finance manager he offered me what he said was $1000 above invoice, when in actuality it was $1500 above invoice. Again prior to coming to the dealership I had the VIN # and the exact specs. Very poor service on a Tuesday afternoon, end of the month also. He would not even budge on the number. If you're looking for a deal this is not the place!! Beware of the Finance Managers. More
