Smooth transaction, thanks Dmitry! Went to Honda in Paramus, they tried pushing a two-year old used van on us and were not willing to negotiate. Went to Glen Toyota, Dmitry greeted u Went to Honda in Paramus, they tried pushing a two-year old used van on us and were not willing to negotiate. Went to Glen Toyota, Dmitry greeted us at the door and gave us the deal we were looking for on a brand new Sienna. Less than the used Honda van. Dmitry was very friendly, worked quickly, and took care of us. He is not pushy, and is a pleasure to do business with. Dmitry and another sales person went out of their way and personally followed us back to Honda to turn in the leased Civic. We drove the Civic, Dmitry drove the Sienna. From Honda we drove away in a beautiful new Toyota van. Thanks again, Dmitry! More

I recently had a superb experience of buying new Toyota Sienna from this dealership, they beat all other dealers quote. The Sales Manager “Ric Gregson” is highly principled and honest man, he delivered what he had offered on phone and kept in touch with me at all steps. He is incredibly responsive and helpful in discussing the purchase of the vehicle on phone. The salesman, Ali is very professional, well-informed, caring and also very soft spoken. He assisted me at all times until I left the dealership and is still available over the phone if I have any questions. Mike (Director Finance) managed all post sales transaction, he is very qualified and a thoughtful gentleman. He also called after sales to know if all is okay.
