Ryan clarified for me the causes of all the remaining issues, and allowed me to make notes. When he said they would need a day to fix the problems and I suggested I bring the car back next week, he told me with certain problems he didn't advise me to drive the car with those so I agreed to leave the car for the work. I asked if, considering the cost of repairs, it was worth investing that amount, $1800, in a 13 year old second hand car. He assured me that with the repairs (and its low mileage) it would drive like new, that there would be loads of people willing to buy that car once fixed. I was driven home. The next day they called me when the car was ready and said they would find two drivers to bring me my car since I had no way of picking it up. The car was returned even cleaner than it was when I took it to a professional car wash! Excellent repair and service! Thank you.
