Misleading I have come in in 2015 to "trade" my expiring Prius lease for a another one since I was happy with the car. The salesman told me that my car is in a I have come in in 2015 to "trade" my expiring Prius lease for a another one since I was happy with the car. The salesman told me that my car is in a perfect shape and I am over mileage that was in the contract. He then raised the monthly payment for me to cover the cost of the excess mileage by paying more through monthly payments. Two years later I have Glen Toyota Financial after me with $1400 invoice for damages on the car and exceeded mileage. Now I get collection agency calls as well. I did go back to Neil Dimaso and after speaking to his manager John Kraiza he simply said that he is sorry, but nothing can be done. Amazing what Glen Toyota is trying to try and get away with. I just filed small claims with Bergen County Court against Gelen Toyota in Fair Lawn. More

Female buyers beware While the beginning of the appointment started off well as we got down to discussing price our salesman was downright condescending and rude. He did not respect our budget and kept telling us that we did not know what a deal we were getting. He kept walking away multiple times through out the process and when we spoke about checking out a few other cars at other dealerships he became even more defensive and implied that we'll be crawling back to this dealership. Dealerships are a dime a dozen. After reading more reviews about this dealership it makes me feel like they are completely sexist and have a lack of respect for women as i've seen and heard of negative experiences all from females about this dealership. There's no way i would recommend this dealership to any female I know. More
