After a major chain shop replaced my water pump, radiator and thermostat, I had an overheat issue. Took it back into the chain store and they said I had a head gasket or something blown. I got a second opini and thermostat, I had an overheat issue. Took it back into the chain store and they said I had a head gasket or something blown. I got a second opinion from Jeep -- they found a backward. installed thermostat --repaired that and everything is fine so I love Glenbrook Jeep. They saved me from buying a new engine. More

I'm always impressed with the spirit of cooperation between the service advisors. I feel like they are listening to my sometimes vague explanations of a problem and trying to help me sort it out.
