My experience at Glenbrook dodge on coliseum Blvd. Fort wayne,ind. Was a great one. Lance Brenneman took the extra time to explain the vehicle to my wife and I, he is a great sales person, he also too Fort wayne,ind. Was a great one. Lance Brenneman took the extra time to explain the vehicle to my wife and I, he is a great sales person, he also took the time to explain the paper work and he had alot of patience. Chris Shively went above and beyond the call of duty to help us with the cost of this vehicle. Josh Habegger helped us w/ the final paper work to finish out the deal on the vehicle. He was also a very professional Glenbrook dodge associate. We also had a manager that helped out to He helped us to push the deal through and was very professional and great to deal with, I forgot his name, so I apologize for that and I didn't get his business card, but everyone my wife and I dealt with was very nice and easy to deal with so I gave the dealership a five star rating. This was the first used car I bought after finding on line. I looked at other options from other dealerships and never got the sense they knew the car or even understood my questions, and were even hidi line. Then I found the car I bought from Glenbrook, and the salesman was absolutely awesome, and finance got me a better rate than my own bank! Purchased a 2 yr old vehicle from this dealership in November 2025. The individual salesman we worked with was friendly and helpful. This review is not a reflection on him, but the rest of the business. November 2025. The individual salesman we worked with was friendly and helpful. This review is not a reflection on him, but the rest of the business. It took over 2 hours to finalize the paperwork because they couldn't get the paperwork right. After finally getting the car home, the cover for the hitch was missing (fell off during drive home) due to the staff messing with it and not getting it back on securely. While they did replace the part at no cost, it caused us another 1 hour one way drive to pick up. All of which we were willing to overlook as just a one off bad experience. However, 4 months later we found out the fuel pump was going bad on this vehicle. While we didn't elect the extended warranty, we thought the repair would be covered under the drive train warranty since the vehicle had less than 45k miles on it. Come to find out (from another repair shop) the car was originally from Canada, which the dealership failed to disclose during the sale, which also voids your warranties. We tried calling this dealership to discuss the info we learned, find resolutions, and attempt to resolve the issue peacefully. However they had no interest in making it right nor made any attempt to help us and find a resolution. Once they have your money, don't expect any more out of them. Needless to say, this was the final straw and we will never do business with this dealership again. Nor will we be recommending them to anyone. Please be careful what you buy here, so you don't get stuck in a similar situation! More
