Purchased a 2 yr old vehicle from this dealership in November 2025. The individual salesman we worked with was friendly and helpful. This review is not a reflection on him, but the rest of the business. It took over 2 hours to finalize the paperwork because they couldn't get the paperwork right. After finally getting the car home, the cover for the hitch was missing (fell off during drive home) due to the staff messing with it and not getting it back on securely. While they did replace the part at no cost, it caused us another 1 hour one way drive to pick up. All of which we were willing to overlook as just a one off bad experience. However, 4 months later we found out the fuel pump was going bad on this vehicle. While we didn't elect the extended warranty, we thought the repair would be covered under the drive train warranty since the vehicle had less than 45k miles on it. Come to find out (from another repair shop) the car was originally from Canada, which the dealership failed to disclose during the sale, which also voids your warranties. We tried calling this dealership to discuss the info we learned, find resolutions, and attempt to resolve the issue peacefully. However they had no interest in making it right nor made any attempt to help us and find a resolution. Once they have your money, don't expect any more out of them. Needless to say, this was the final straw and we will never do business with this dealership again. Nor will we be recommending them to anyone. Please be careful what you buy here, so you don't get stuck in a similar situation! More

I had an amazing experience purchasing my 2025 Ram Rebel 1500. The vehicle was in immaculate condition. The staff went above and beyond my expectations. A+ five stars service all the way around. My personal sales representative was (Darry Smith) he is awesome and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking. I'm sure the other staff is great too.But my personal experience with Darry Smith has been nothing but perfect 🥰🙏🛻👍. In addition, my finance manage chris take care of everything out including my warranties and registration behind the scenes I give him five stars as well. However, all of the other employees helped me along the way. As I was coming in from out of state. So each and every representative that answered my phone calls along the way, were very Respectful, Courteous and accommodating. They returned my phone calls and emails promptly in a timely manner and went above and beyond my expectations by far A+ 5- Stars. This is a dealership is definitely recommended to buy from.
