Yesterday I went for an oil change, they told me it would be quick because they didn't have anyone on the list and I was the first, they left me waiting for 2 hours, apart from that they didn't even inflate be quick because they didn't have anyone on the list and I was the first, they left me waiting for 2 hours, apart from that they didn't even inflate my tires, and they told me that they had done it but they hadn't. It was going to reflect on my dashboard for up to a few hours, I had to inflate my tires myself and it did reflect on the dashboard. On another occasion I went for a repair on the Dashboard for which they charged me $1700, which I paid in cash. and after 30 days my Dashboard was damaged again due to the same problem and a new problem arose and the USB port no longer worked, I left my car to have it repaired under warranty, they did not repair the USB port, and they also told me that I could pick it up the next day, they never responded to my messages or calls and it took 4 more days, how unprofessional and lack of communication. More

So I went in to trade in my wife’s car, I am the one that does the negotiating due to my work being mor flexible and I used to work in the car industry. Anyway I had seen a post on a Facebook group from Erik does the negotiating due to my work being mor flexible and I used to work in the car industry. Anyway I had seen a post on a Facebook group from Erika and I immediately asked for her. This was going to be her first car deal and I am glad I asked for her. I told her what I was looking for and what my requirements were and the first car she showed me, I fell in love with. We took it for a test drive to where my wife works and with the wife’s approval, we started negotiating numbers. Erika was able to get the payment exactly where we wanted it and took care of every single detail. Definitely will be buying a car from her again! There was only 1 hiccup but it wasn’t anything Erika did. When I took it for a test drive there was a noise coming from the car and part of the deal was that they fix it. So when we bought it, we left it for service and they said they couldn’t find the noise. It took several phone calls with service and sales managers to get the issue fixed. Ryan Tuttle ended up taking care of us and they were able to fix the noise. More
