I was due for oil change, tire rotation and some preventive maintenance. Josh made sure I was in and out in a reasonable time. He made sure all my expectations were met. Let me start of with BUYER BEWARE!!!! Please read the complete review. We were told that we should receive the paperwork needed for BMV in the mail within a week. On January 8, 2022 I started calling looking for the paperwork that had not arrived yet. I spoke with Nick on two occasions January 8 and 15, 2022. Both times I was given the old "you should see it any day now". On January 22, 2022 I called and spoke with Tyler Runyan and we were told that the title clerk was out and that he would call me back with an update. I called again on January 24, 2022 and once again spoke with Tyler Runyan and was told that the title clerk was still out and that he would call back with an update. I called back again on January 25, 2022 and again spoke with Tyler Runyan and was told once again that the title clerk was still out and that he would call back with an update. I called again on January 26, 2022 and spoke with Lamont Mills and this time someone actually looked up what was going on. Apparently the title was never in their possession the whole time. Also on January 26, 2022 I received a voicemail from Tyler Runyan stating the same thing I was told by Lamont Mills. I sent out an email to Matt McKibben on January 27,2022 giving them 10 days to present my title. I called Matt KcKibben on January 28, 2022 and was placed in his voicemail. I called again on January 31, 2022 seeking an update. This time I spoke with Nick once again. He kept trying to give a one excuse after another. It was not until I cornered him with the fact that this is a recurring issue that Glenbrook has dating back to 2011, as seen on multiple reviews, that he stated I would be able to get my vehicle registered as early as Tuesday February 1,2022. This is just one day short of the 45 days allowed to get the vehicle registered. As of this date, February 2, 2022 I still have not heard anything from Mr. McKibben; just crickets. As from what I have been hearing through the grapevine, IS PAR FOR COURSE. As per Indiana BMV website, this is in complete violation of Indiana State Law. The title MUST be in their possession prior to selling any vehicle. Also, they have 31 days to provide you with all paperwork and title so that you have ample time to get the vehicle registered before the 45 day point. This was also in violation of Indiana State Law. We have filed a complaint with the Auto Dealer Service Division and with the Indiana State Attorney Generals Office. I am happy to report that we were able to get the vehicle registered on Tuesday evening with no additional issues from the BMV. More

It has been forty days since we purchased our van and we still haven't received the paperwork to get it titled and plated. Manager has been no help and has provided no answers. Also, even though they changed the oil, there was a huge oil leak that could not have been missed. They did not disclose this. Also, advertised a DVD player but the van has no screens. Don't waste your time here. It will cost you extra money and stress. More

I take my vehicle in to them because cost wise they are comparable but the service techs that I have had the pleasure of dealing with are lazy. My last trip in there I needed an oil change and tire rotatio comparable but the service techs that I have had the pleasure of dealing with are lazy. My last trip in there I needed an oil change and tire rotation. I have spline lug nuts so it requires me to provide the socket to change/rotate my tires. I hand the socket to the tech who is taking my car back and he either failed to give it to the tech doing the tire rotation or they are blind. They tried telling me that my lug nuts were swollen even after I told them there was a special lug nut socket. I had to go out in the garage and show them where it was and it was literally right by my gear shifter. They made it right though by taking the tire rotation cost off the total bill. More
