This dealership SUCKS. It took them 53 days to payoff my trade. I had to call and get them a NEW 10 day payoff quote 3 Times. I received a "Late Payment" on my credit report because of this. They tried to tell me I owed them $314 because the payoff amount was more than it was on day one. And because they say I owed them money they never sent my Certificate of Title to the state, so my registration transfer, which they charged me for, was not valid for the vehicle I bought, so for almost 5 1/2 months I was driving illegally. If it wasn't for me trying to renew my registration, I wouldn't have ever known they never sent it to the state. They're supposed to send it in within 45 days of purchase. They sent it in 5 1/2 months later when I went into the dealership and caused a commotion. And on top of it all I had to pay the late penalty for it being past 60 days late. This dealer is shady. After I bought my vehicle from them and started having these problems, I read reviews and it seems they do this kind of thing to alot of people. Watch going to this place, they will try to extort money from you like they did me and countless others. I will never do business with them ever again nor will I ever refer someone there.
