Easy to work with, no pressure. Met the needs we had for a sale and did not try to “upsell” to something we didn’t want or need.... Thought it was a little early to be giving/asking for a review...but I obliged. I want to give an update. I back this down to 1 star. If I could give 0 I would. Bought a 3500 Silverado 1-ton truck. Paid an additional $2750 for an aftermarket warranty. Drove truck 700 miles and ended up with complete transmission failure. Come to find out, the warranty has limits (which were not pointed out a the time...but that's on me for not looking closer). $5300 later, only part of which was covered by warranty, I might be able to drive a truck again. This place sold me a defective vehicle. I can't prove it, but also think they had to have known too, doing just enough to keep the transmission together for short test drives. I don't think it was any coincidence that the failure happened on my first long drive of over 200 miles in one sitting. And, the warranty made it so difficult to get work done elsewhere, that my only option was dealer service, which we all know is twice the cost of what it should be. I got quote to rebuild transmission from a transmission shop of $3500...but they could not get in touch with the aftermarket warranty company. I am out more money out of pocket right now with what I am having to pay for the transmission work (under warranty) combined with the warranty cost than I would have been skipping the warranty (which is what I originally opted to do, and only changed after repeated questions of my decision by the dealership) I will never buy from this dealer again. I will not recommend them to anyone else, and you should be very wary of doing business with them. They also have responded to a google review asking for contact information, but never really respond when I follow their instructions, so I have to say its a half hearted attempt to "appear" as though they care. I knot this goes contrary to all the other 5-star reviews out there, but most of those likely came before the purchase was even completed....much like mine. I am in the market for a new vehicle now due to an accident, and with a sour taste in my mouth over dealerships, I am really trying to get true ratings to make my decision where to go. When I see reviews like this one, I need to make sure truth of the "other side" is known. FWIW, I don't think the actual sales guy had anything to do with it....my complaint is not with him. He didn't try to upsell me or push me to anything. More
