The single most aggravating was the fact we paid cash for our car and signed the paperwork and then had to wait an hour and a half to go see “Finance” dept. I kept saying we paid for this already !!!!! but we were actually was held hostage so they could upsell the warranty program to us. There were other little items but That was the worst!!! Just WOW! Besides it being busy and having to wait pretty long for finance. Overall the best service i have ever recieved at a dealership. They were friendly, non pressuring, were up front with details on anything you could imagine. I was even offered food outside of their already given popcorn and drinks. Most importantly i got the vehicle i wanted not what they were trying to get rid of. I did several steps prior to my trip to help speed the process up over the phone and text messages. I didn't get quite as much as i hoped on my trade in,but oh well. I will definitely be using this dealership again and again if need be. More

It was a little dirty with fountain pop cups, trash, and spilled pop on the counters and in the kids area. I felt compelled to clean it up and refill the kids. More
