Good Experience with Tyler We had a good buying experience with Tyler. We did quite a bit of research ahead of time and Tyler got us taken care of quickly and efficiently. The We had a good buying experience with Tyler. We did quite a bit of research ahead of time and Tyler got us taken care of quickly and efficiently. The only thing that prevented us from give the experience a 5 star review was when it came time to meet with the finance person, he switched the loan company on us with out fully explaining it to us. He did get us a better rate, but the switch caught us off guard. Overall, a great experience and would recommend this dealership and specifically Tyler to anyone look to buy a used car. More

Pleasantly surprised I received a pre-approval from capitolone. I wasn't really expecting to rollout in a 15 challenger. But now it's in our drive. I really had a very nice experience purchasing my Jeep I had been looking for the Jeep Renegade Trailhawk for a while and was familiar with the different options already. I saw this vehicle pop up on auto I had been looking for the Jeep Renegade Trailhawk for a while and was familiar with the different options already. I saw this vehicle pop up on autotrader.com and scheduled an appointment to come see it. Philip was very accommodating and friendly but not pushy. If he didn't know the answer, he offered to find out for me. I also felt that the person and finance was being honest with me and I always appreciate that. I had hoped to bargain a little bit and have a tank full of gas but that was not possible. Those were things that were not deal breakers. More
