Recognition of Excellence I was referred by a friend who had a great experience with the staff and his vehicle. Upon arrival we were greeted by the manager and when I asked to I was referred by a friend who had a great experience with the staff and his vehicle. Upon arrival we were greeted by the manager and when I asked to see Mike Parrish, I was informed he had gone home for the day. The manager could have easily taken the sale or given us to another person, but called Mike to see if he was available. Mike came back in while the manager started my paperwork. I was impressed by the honesty and teamwork as well as Mike’s willingness to take out time for me! He allowed me to tell him what I wanted and he listened. This is something I feel most sales people fall short on. The results: within a short time I had a vehicle that was budget friendly and gave me what I needed to feel safe. Overall okay I went there to purchase my truck that I was currently leasing from them. While our salesmen was very nice and courteous, nobody would believe me when I went there to purchase my truck that I was currently leasing from them. While our salesmen was very nice and courteous, nobody would believe me when I told them numerous times that the salesman that did my lease told me that my truck would be valued at a certain price at the end of my lease. They then brought me a price for my truck that nearly 7,000 more than what the previous salesman told me when I signed my lease agreement. All they would tell me is that the salesman that helped me with my lease no longer works there. I ended up purchasing the truck. The financing person then came out to get us and greeted us, He treated us very nice as we walked back to his office. As we were signing paperwork he brought up extended warranties and Gap coverage, we could not purchase those due to the fact we were at the high end of our budget. He then became very pushy trying to get us to purchase those items, when I told him we could not make the deal he became very short with us and was no longer treating us as when we first met. This was very upsetting to us due to the fact that we purchased our lease as well as a brand new vehicle from them in July and this is the first time we were treated this way. Overall this company is very nice and courteous. I just did not like that they wouldn’t honor what a previous salesmen had said and the fact that they changed their mood when I couldn’t purchase extras. More
