I was greeted at the front door with lots of smiles and friendly faces. I was quickly directed to Jaime Bahena who asked alot of questions about me and what I do. He did some research and found out that a car had just came in earlier that day only 5 miles with everything I wanted and more. With in a matter of minutes I was approved even though I did not have the best of credit and had been turned down other places (Even my bank of 15 yrs). With not a lot down and some manufacture rebates my monthly payment was right where i needed it and they were able to arrange a date that worked best for my for my payment date. We had a very pleasant experience dealing with everyone there. Angel Bahena was very professional and treated us with the utmost respect during the entire visit. He was not pushy like so many other sales consultants can be just to get the deal. He listened to what we needed and was very helpful. And, he was the first sales consultant who didn't appear to be put out because we were using a green slip from Chrysler. Everyone at Glenbrook was friendly and very courteous!
