Salesman was incredibly unprofessional, The check engine light came on driving off the lot, DeAndre Garcia said, “It’s under bumper to bumper warranty it will probably be fine.” Before signing anything I ma light came on driving off the lot, DeAndre Garcia said, “It’s under bumper to bumper warranty it will probably be fine.” Before signing anything I made a verbal agreement with DeAndre that the vehicle would come with a spare key. Deandre gave me a random key fob after signing and told me that I would be able to pay to have it reprogrammed. To which other Jeep dealers promptly said I would not be able to do so. Overall very unhappy with the experience; I did get the vehicle i wanted for a decent price, that’s the highlight of this review. other competent salesman may work here, but I was not able to experience that so I apologize to them! More

Fred at the parts department was very professional and helpful when taking my Jeep to see why it was not starting and why it was only driving at 15 mph.
