The service department at Glenbrook Dodge did an excellent job in correcting a serious problem with the radio/Uconnect system in our Chrysler Pacifica. Despite the facts that there was a lengthy del excellent job in correcting a serious problem with the radio/Uconnect system in our Chrysler Pacifica. Despite the facts that there was a lengthy delay in receipt of a replacement radio (issue with UConnect), the vehicle was actually beyond the warranty period and we did not purchase the vehicle from them - as soon as the replacement radio was received, the service work was quickly and expertly completed with no charges to us.
