Go to Glendale Jeep! Brought my car in for an oil change, and drove out in a brand new, 2017 Jeep Patriot. Quick & Friendly We rec'd a phone call from a Marketing Co regarding special deals at our dealership, Glendale Chrysler. We went in just to see about the specials (our lease still had several months left on it) We met with Mike, Jr Walked in at 2pm and drove away at 5pm with a new car, new lease and payments less than what we were paying. Mike Jr was very attentive and helpful, We were also happy that Central Bank is the Lender because we've had a great experience with them on our last lease. Cedric Montgomery did a wonderful job explaining our financing. More
The worst buying Experience I have every had.. This was the worst buying experience I have ever had. It was agreed to pick up the truck at 4:00PM, it was 6:30PM before I left the dealership. Thi This was the worst buying experience I have ever had. It was agreed to pick up the truck at 4:00PM, it was 6:30PM before I left the dealership. This was a cash purchase that all that need to be done was my wife to sign the paperwork and hand over check. This should have only taken 15 minutes tops. The truck was not ready when I arrived, all through the discussion about options on the truck the #1 item was the trailer package. When I checked out the truck there was no receiver so I had to wait for it to be installed. Also as part of the deal, the service department was to check the transmission fluid level in my current car. The service department did not even start until after 5:00PM to look at the car. A week after having the truck I found out that the truck had been previously hail damaged at another dealer lot. Of course, Glendale is taking no responsibility for this. Their attitude is that I bought the truck and it is now mine, so to fu*ing bad. If they had disclosed that the truck was damaged (Even though the damaged has been fixed it is still a damaged truck, not a new truck as they say). I would have never purchased the truck. So now I have a truck that may or may not have paint failure in the future that will not be covered and thus decreasing the value of the truck. More

Great Service/Repairs Experience with Tim Morici Tim Morici from Glendale was my service representative with respect to major alignment issues I was having, which necessitated an insurance claim. Mr. Tim Morici from Glendale was my service representative with respect to major alignment issues I was having, which necessitated an insurance claim. Mr. Morici went above and beyond to take care of me and help me through this process. He diligently followed up with my insurance company on my behalf even though they kept avoiding me, and immediately provided them with whatever paperwork they needed (which was a lot) so that repairs could be made. He communicated with me consistently and my car has been performing fantastically since the repairs.The insurance company tried to do the minimum, but Mr. Morici stood up to them and correctly proved to them that additional work was required. Mr. Morici was very professional and I would recommend him. More
