The 1st dealership was nice enough and gave us the information we wanted. When we arrived at Glendale we were greeted at the door by A salesman, Steve. He asked what we were looking for, and if he could get us a cold drink while we talked. He seemed interested in getting to know who we were. We talked about the van we wanted, color etc. and he said he had one in stock. (I had forgotten to tell him we had to have full Stow and Go in it). He went to get it. When he came back I told him I didn't think we would be taking it because I had forgotten about the full Stow and Go because the other dealer said they were so hard to find. At first Steve said. Wow! I don't know Pam. Then he opened the sliding door and it was full Stow and Go! It was like he had that 6th sense. I was so surprised and happy. We bought it that day. All of the people we caMe in contact with we're friendly and helpful. We were treated like we were family. When we got to the Finance Dept. We met Larry S. I've never met a more soft spoken, kinder gentleman in my life. Though we were not financing with Chrysler, he was happy to work with us explaining all of the warranty information. Telling us about his family and asking what our plans for Memorial Day were. Then told us about his.
