Talk about an eager to please dealership....wow! My salesman Zac Underwood was able to get me everything I wanted at a price I wanted to pay and we didn't skimp on the bells and whistles. So here's how it went down after being held hostage at another dealership I went home got onto USAA's car buying service I put it what I wanted 2017 Chrysler Pacifica and up popped the vehicles and dealerships I called 3 dealerships got positive response from all three. Zac sent me a sheet with vans a bit over my price range so I let him know that he probably wouldn't be able to help me, but he convinced me to let him try. I told him of my dealership hostage situation and that I wanted to do everything over the phone if the deal was right I'd pick up the van. He had no problem with that, none at all. Yesterday, I had two tests at the hospital and in between those tests Zac and I found a van that worked but the price didn't work he worked on that till he could get it where I was comfortable, so boom today I went to the dealership met Zac signed the papers and he took me over to the finance guy Richard Reichert and again this guy was super helpful and no pressure or crazy tactics just options. I took my niece and her 2 year old with me and the whole dealership was great with the baby they have toys and stuff set up for the kids. Super comfortable feel to the whole place I really recommend them. So all the papers are signed and I picked up my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica Touring L Plus and we all lived happily ever after. The end. The Best Car Dealership My husbands truck burned. We had been to another Dodge dealer looking for a replacement, prior to going to Glendale. The 1st dealership was nice enough and gave us the information we wanted. When we arrived at Glendale we were greeted at the door by A salesman, Steve. He asked what we were looking for, and if he could get us a cold drink while we talked. He seemed interested in getting to know who we were. We talked about the van we wanted, color etc. and he said he had one in stock. (I had forgotten to tell him we had to have full Stow and Go in it). He went to get it. When he came back I told him I didn't think we would be taking it because I had forgotten about the full Stow and Go because the other dealer said they were so hard to find. At first Steve said. Wow! I don't know Pam. Then he opened the sliding door and it was full Stow and Go! It was like he had that 6th sense. I was so surprised and happy. We bought it that day. All of the people we caMe in contact with we're friendly and helpful. We were treated like we were family. When we got to the Finance Dept. We met Larry S. I've never met a more soft spoken, kinder gentleman in my life. Though we were not financing with Chrysler, he was happy to work with us explaining all of the warranty information. Telling us about his family and asking what our plans for Memorial Day were. Then told us about his. Glendale allowed us to take our new van home even though we had not completed the financial arrangements. More
