He was respectful, professional and very fun to work with. I went in knowing my budget, they honored that and quickly worked with me to make me a new (used) car owner! I loved my experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good car at a reasonable price. 5 stars! More

sales service was as expected - financing was shady The sales experience was what I expected, back and forth for about an hour, trying to determine a price we would both be happy with. Once the deal was made, I waited 30 minutes for the paperwork to be prepared. I then met with the business manager, only to be quoted a different amount than what I had agreed on with the sales agent. Thus, the negotiations almost began again, with the finance agent trying to come to a different (higher) amount than what was promised. I nearly walked out until he said he would make an "executive decision" and give me the price I had already been quoted by the sales agent. Seemed very suspicious to me. More

We've bought four or five Jeeps from Becky Moore (including this past weekend), we've had them all serviced by Dee Dee Robinson and the gang, and while I might not always like what they have to tell me, I know that their assessments are always spot-on and I'll get my money's worth in fixes. I also have to compliment Larry Striblin, who makes financing and signing an incredible experience. More
My wife and I just had the worst experience we have ever had at a car dealership. We have owned over 50 cars and have had a lot of experience with several area dealerships. We went to Glendale to purchase a 20 at a car dealership. We have owned over 50 cars and have had a lot of experience with several area dealerships. We went to Glendale to purchase a 2014 Challenger. I bought a Chrysler 300 from them a few years ago and told them so. That way they knew I was a repeat customer. We took the car on a test drive and met with Pete Thibodea, who treated us great from the beginning. The sales manager, John Hanna, came by the desk to introduce himself after the test drive and to let us know that while we were on our test drive for the Challenger someone called on the phone from another state wanting to buy the car, apparently sight unseen other than the internet. He assured me that we had first dibs since we were at the dealership and involved in purchasing the car first. He finished and walked away and then our salesman, Pete Thibodeau, said he would go get our Cadillac SRX appraised for our trade-in value. After about 8 minutes (and noticing they didn't drive our trade-in) Pete came back to us and stated they had just sold the car to the phone buyer. We were shocked and asked our salesman what happened. He said we missed it by 3 minutes and that the phone buyer beat us to the punch. He couldn't explain anything else so we left without making a seen. I grabbed my keys off the desk, shook Pete's hand and we left. Obviously they were taking the money offered on the phone and leaving a local, repeat customer who is in your store hanging. They would rather lie about it than just tell me the first time that they are only interested in the bottom dollar. This is the type of thing that give car sales people a bad name. The only reason we give it 1 star is the Pete was just doing his job and that he probably got bilked out the commission he would have made on us. If the sales manager will lie to your face then I'm not sure what other shady practices go on there. Future buyers beware! More
