Extremely disappointed. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience at this dealership. The sales department was the only part I haven't been upset with. This was my first car after graduating college and as a young female I feel extremely annoyed that the financial department does not return my calls. My financial advisor will return my dad's calls since he is the cosigner on the vehicle or they will call him after I've left multiple voicemails. In the 5 months that I have had this car there has already been both a warranty issue with the door and a safety recall with the airbags. Setting up appointments for both with service and the collision center was a pain and they keep you in the dark about costs. They also didn't tell me that since I'm not 25 I can't get a rental car without paying an underage fee and waiting for Enterprise to bring them one until I arrived to my appointment. Again, the salesman I worked with was great and extremely helpful. However, this dealership has a huge communication problem and once my lease is up on my car I will not be dealing with them ever again. More

Very Satisfying Experience I had a very satisfying experience when I purchased my 2017 Jeep Wrangler. We talked about what I was wanting. Pete showed me a variety of models that met my desires. During the entire process he was not pushy, but was thoroughly helpful. I highly recommend Pete to anyone thinking about buying a new vehicle. Cedric Montgomery help us with financing. He thoroughly explained other vehicle care products available, of which we purchased some. The day after we completed the deal and paperwork. Cedric call me to tell me they had not given me a credit I was due and was overnighting to me a new financing document to sign and save me $500.00. I very much appreciated his honesty. More
