Second purchase in three months I traded two vehicles for a new one. The trade presented to me was realistic from the start. Worse dealer experience ever in the STL area I have never had a worse experience with a dealership in the STL area. It started out with me waiting for almost 10 minutes for a sales person to com I have never had a worse experience with a dealership in the STL area. It started out with me waiting for almost 10 minutes for a sales person to come and assist me. After I left due to no one helping me, I for some reason decided to come back and give them a chance. I had a younger person ask if i needed anything after a few minutes and this is where all my troubles started. He showed me 2 cars in the lot and said he would email or text me with the numbers.. The next day, after not hearing anything, I receive some sort of email blast thanking me for stopping in and asking if theres anything else Glendale could help me with. Later that week, I received 4 more very cheesy blasts to my personal email address. I told him to take me off. I went back in because there was a car on the lot (Tahoe) that I wanted to look at. My problems really started to get worse when I spoke with the Internet sales manager. He was something else. He somewhat demanded that I sign on some piece of paper that included a non refundable deposit to reserve the car until I sold my current one. He said that if Im going to buy a car from Glendale, it needs to be from him. He tried to make me look like I couldnt afford the vehicle in front of my girlfriend by saying, "you should really step up your pay grade and buy the Tahoe from me if you want to impress her". Right in front of her! She looked at me and said this guy is a joke, let's leave. The GM said that he would offer me $25k for my car, when I just sold it to a dealership down Manchester today for $34k! I also picked up a '14 Grand Cherokee Limited from the competitor dealership for $14k UNDER what glendale priced me for one with higher mileage! Every single person I have worked with at Glendale, from a salesman, to the internet sales person (who was the worst), and the GM gave me a terrible experience. All i tried to do was to buy a car and gave them more chances than they really deserved. More

One vehicle was a demo - had 7,000 thousand miles on it. I asked - has it been serviced? Absolutely says the sales guy. when I went to the lot to look it over before driving away, I found that the oil was dark black and two quarts low. That was one of the better things that occurred. Every interaction with this dealer has been unsatisfactory. When the license tags expired, getting them renewed was a nearly impossible feat. (it is leased, we as a corporate lessee cannot do this). One would think they would have a proactive system for this sort of thing. Service was more of the same. After an oil change at 12,000 miles, the service adviser hit me up with a long list of items that needed attention - one of which was that the rear diff oil was 'dirty'. What??? after taking the vehicle back to our business, we put it on the rack and discovered that the plug on the rear diff had never been removed. (there was mud splashed up on it) - We have since purchased 3 new pickups for the business, at another dealer / brand. More
