Brandon Smith was a wonderful person to work with regarding the lease of a 2014 Jeep Cherokee. Brandon was very friendly without being pushy, and also communicated very well with me. He went out of his way to accommodate my tight schedule, as my previous lease was almost up and I needed a new car right away. Brandon showed me the entire 2014 Jeep Cherokee inventory so that I could select the exact vehicle that I wanted, and let me keep that vehicle on hold with a small deposit until it arrived. Brandon graciously offered me a rental car if my lease expired before the car arrived, and also offered a shuttle/ride during the turn-in process. At one point, when I was worried my Jeep wouldn't arrive before my old lease was up, I looked at another dealership in Illinois that had the car that I wanted already on its lot (whereas mine with Glendale was still being built). However, I ultimately decided to stick with Brandon because of the great service he provided. Furthermore, I REALLY appreciate how the monthly lease price he gave me incorporated all the fees, security deposit, etc. into it already, so that when it came time to pick up my new jeep, there were no surprises. (Actually, I was pleasantly surprised there were no other fees/$ down required). When my Jeep arrived, Brandon spent a lot of time explaining its features and operation, which I really appreciated. Brandon was also very personable and professional and had a great attitude. This is by the far the best experience I have had in obtaining a new car, and I will recommend Brandon to everyone that I know. More

I was looking to help my daughter purchase her first vehicle. She was very specific in what she was looking for. I have purchased 5 new jeeps since the age of 18-- and I have never fully trusted the process of buying a new car. I *hate* the hassle and the haggle--which can be more difficult than pulling teeth. That being said-- I have never EVER had such an easy and more pleasant experience buying a car than I did from Cedric Montgomery and Glendale. We made this deal over the phone (I live 4 1/2 hours away), and there were some expected and unexpected challenges on my end during the process. I knew exactly what I was looking for and Cedric found what I was looking for at a great price. I fully expected there to be some "extra costs" when I finally made it to St. Louis to complete the deal. There wasn't. I cannot say enough good things about Cedric and the staff at Glendale, who went above and beyond what they needed to do-- even going so far as to offering to pay my late fee for titling my jeep, because it took me a few extra weeks to get into town to pick it up. (He even offered to have it delivered to me, while having someone pick up my trade-in if I couldn't make it.) The professionalism and friendliness of Cedric and the crew at Glendale completely shattered the stereotype of a typical car dealer. I can't say enough good things about this group, and while I hope to keep my jeep for a while-- I would definitely make another 4 1/2 hour drive to purchase my next vehicle at Glendale, and I would push any friend or family member to do the same.
