My name is Suzy and I am a 20yr old college student. I was in a car accident on December of 2012 with my brand new 2012 Dodge Charger. I had just purchased my car a few months earlier to drive to and from school. I bought my car from Jerry Kasten because he had sold cars to my other family members and we liked doing business with him. After my accident my mother informed him of it and that I would be needing a new car. The first thing he asked her had nothing to do with what kind of car I wanted, but whether or not I was alright. I don't think he realizes how much I appreciated that and his help in getting a new car. How instead of rushing me into the dealership for a new car, he sent me an e-mail informing me that he had spoken with my mother and when I was ready he'd help me find a good replacement. With his help I had no problem getting the perfect replacement in time to head back to school in January. I now drive an all wheel drive 2013 Dodge Charger, and I couldn't be happier with my car or my experience with Glendale Chrysler. I definitely would recommend it to others. More
