My purchasing process was chaotic. I didn't get the impression anyone knew what was going on in the building. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. But Glendale didn't have what I wanted, I aske impression anyone knew what was going on in the building. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. But Glendale didn't have what I wanted, I asked them to do a search to click off my boxes of must-haves. They came up with 2 jeeps that came fairly close. It took 3 text messages and an in-person discussion to get to see both of the two jeeps' equipment list to see which was a better fit for me. Then I felt like they were breathing down my neck to make the deal and my partner and I couldn't really talk about the low ball offer on my trade-in. But I take responsibility for not asking for some space and not to lean over me. So we made a deal and the paperwork was wrong and was told that the top number didn't matter it was just the bottom number that was on the invoice that mattered. I couldn't figure out what math on the first invoice so I made them redo it. And lastly, I bought my jeep 3 weeks ago. And the paperwork is still not finished. The Business manager filled out the title paperwork incorrectly and we have not found a time when his schedule and my schedule work. I have come by there twice and he was gone for the day or something. I hoping tomorrow to get the title work corrected and finalized. More
