I contacted Glendale Jeep because the Jeep I was wanting to purchase at the dealer in Illinois was sold and they did not inform me until I arrived for the appointment. I called Glendale Jeep and Brad McGraw searched their inventory and found the exact Jeep I was looking for (actually the one my wife wanted). I didn't want to drive to the dealership and be pressured into buying. Brad told me if a deal could not be worked out I could go on my way no problem and no hard feelings. Brad had the Jeep out front when I arrived and I was able to test drive immediately. Brad listened to my request and relayed them to the sales manager and we were able to work out a deal. Mr Gilbert in finance help make financing go smoothly and found me a good interest rate and the deferred payments that I was looking for.
